Thistle & Thyme offers everything from hand-tied bouquets, posies, weddings, sympathy and event floral arrangements as well as the ‘just because’ flowers.
Founded by Ellie, Thistle & Thyme came to life in 2024 after studying a degree in Fine Art. Ellie decided to focus her work on colours and textures to support her aspiration of becoming a florist. Thistle & Thyme epitomises the meaning of floral gifting. Receiving a bouquet of flowers means that someone cares for you.
